16U Summer Dryland

The most comprehensive off-season dryland program for players preparing for 16U AA and AAA hockey this upcoming year.

Purpose

  1. Build the complete hockey player from conditioning to outlast the competition, strength to never be bullied off the puck, and explosive speed to separate from pressure.

  2. Nurture and develop a stronger mental game to be prepared for adversity and manage pressure in a healthier way.

  3. Give each athlete the confidence to enter season knowing they are more prepared than they have ever been before.

16U Program Details

  • 12 Weeks of Training

    54 Total Training Hours

    3 sessions/week

    1.5 hours/session

    Birth Years 2009-2010

    AA and AAA Hockey Players Only

    Baseline and Preseason Testing
