Purpose

  1. Instill a greater love for the complete process of development both on and off the ice.

  2. Give each athlete the confidence to enter season knowing they are more prepared than they have ever been before.

  3. Develop speed, strength, power, and tactical awareness to outperform the competition come season.

Summer Program Details

  • 6 Weeks

    2 Days/Week

    24 Total Hours

    -12 hours on-ice

    -12 hours off-ice

  • Exclusive group

    Max of 12 Skaters (per age group)

    14U Birth Years 2012-2013

    12U Birth Years 2014-2015

  • Schedule

    12U Monday/Wednesday

    14U Tuesday/Thursday

    On-Ice: 7:15-8:15

    Off-Ice: 8:30-9:30

  • Progress Tracking

    Pre and Post Program Testing

    Speed, Power, Strength, Endurance

  • Cost: $1100

    Early Bird Pricing: $950 prior to March 1st

    (Families with multiple kids receive 15% discount)

    I really wish to grow this into more age groups, however, it is not the year for my family and I to take on more. I hope to add a 10U and women’s group next year.
