How old do I have to be to start lifting weights?
If you are reading this website, you are old enough! Research has shown that safe, supervised weight lifting does not put younger kids at risk. Never train alone, make sure the equipment is not damaged, do the exercises properly, and follow a good, scientific routine. If you do all those things, then lifting as early as middle school is not a problem. If you have questions or doubts, consult with your physician who knows your personal medical history. top
Does this work for any sport?
61 weight lifting routines cover in-season and off-season training for Football, Wrestling, Basketball, Volleyball, Softball, Soccer, Tennis, Lacrosse, Field Hockey, Tennis, and Cheer -- plus an All-Purpose routine. The speed and agility routines apply to any athlete wanting to get faster, quicker, and more explosive, as well as increase jumping ability. top
Is this a video or DVD?
No, it is not a DVD and No, it is not a video. At least not the way you are probably used to seeing videos. We do USE over 200 digital video clips, but they are all available at the click of the mouse, completely on demand. You do not sit down and watch something from beginning to end. The entire experience is interactive and videos are only one part of what we provide. top
What kind of computer do I need to run these products?
Here are the minimum requirements:
Microsoft Windows(r) 98/Me with 32MB RAM minimum or Microsoft Windows(r) XP/2000 with 64MB RAM minimum
Multimedia PC with 300MHz or higher processor
Quad speed or faster CD-ROM drive

Is this for boys or girls?
Both. We have a section dedicated to some of the training differences between them, but the principles are for boys and girls. top
Do I need a lot of expensive training equipment to use these products?
No! The goal of our product is to help you train with as much or as little equipment as you have available. In fact, we even have a "Vacation Routine" that allows you to train with just a partner and a towel for those times when you cannot get to a gym. top
As a parent or coach, can I use this software too?
Absolutely! Although our products were created specifically for young athletes, you can benefit from all the information and instructions as well. top
