If you are reading this website, you are old enough! Research has shown that safe, supervised weight lifting does not put younger kids at risk. Never train alone, make sure the equipment is not damaged, do the exercises properly, and follow a good, scientific routine. If you do all those things, then lifting as early as middle school is not a problem. If you have questions or doubts, consult with your physician who knows your personal medical history.

No, it is not a DVD and No, it is not a video. At least not the way you
are probably used to seeing videos. We do USE over 200 digital video clips,
but they are all available at the click of the mouse, completely on demand.
You do not sit down and watch something from beginning to end. The entire
experience is interactive and videos are only one part of what we provide.

equipment as you have available. In fact, we even have a "Vacation
Routine" that allows you to train with just a partner and a towel
for those times when you cannot get to a gym.
