Located in Louisville, KY, NextGen Athletics was started by Coach Billy Bosworth. After 12 years of coaching high school football, Coach Bosworth realized that he didn't have the time or resources to train his kids the way he wanted. In talking with other coaches, he found that this problem was common not only to football, but virtually every other sport as well.

Given the absence of good instruction, kids will try things on their own that they read in magazines or pick up from talk at the local gym. That kind of experimenting is DANGEROUS and rarely produces results. So coach Bosworth did something about it.
